A certified food engineer, Thibault has more than 15 years of experience in the Food and Pharmaceutical industries. He is recognized for being an insightful advisor and trainer for industrial organizations. Specialized in Quality Management and Supply Chain Optimization, he occupied senior positions at the world leader in RUF manufacturing for eight years, and led major projects where he regularly interacted with suppliers, competitors and market customers, often simultaneously.

Thibault’s strengths are complemented by his technical expertise in Engineering and Operations Management, his broad knowledge of quality standards, his capacity to assimilate and synthetize complex problematics, and his communication and diplomatic skills.

Guillaume began his career with MSF in the late 1990s, where he ultimately managed and successfully implemented programs in more than 25 countries. Later, he served as Lead Buyer for both food and non-food items at both MSF and the ICRC, overseeing portfolios valued at USD 60M per year.

During his time with MSF, and together with UNICEF, Guillaume was a key actor in the establishment of the inter-agency standards for quality management and audit of manufacturers of specialized foods.

In the late 2000s Guillaume led the design, construction, start- up, and development of eight Ready-to-Use Food manufacturing facilities around the world, overseeing building design; the sourcing of equipment and raw & packing materials; supply chain management; implementation of quality management systems etc.

With more than 20 years of manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and quality expertise, Guillaume is a native French speaker and fluent speaker of English.

Omar is an emergency response professional with more than 20 years of experience in both the humanitarian and private sectors across several functions including regional and country representative, program director, adult learning specialist, and senior technical advisor.

In addition to his background in Public Health in Developing Countries, his strengths include thorough knowledge of acceptable developing country project design criteria, sound experience producing proposals for major institutional donors, strategic planning, partnership brokering, relationship building, problem solving and working with diverse constituents.

Omar has experience working in both conflict and post conflict zones, overseeing transfer of technology initiatives and capacity strengthening programs for local humanitarian, public, and private sector actors. International experience has focused on Africa, Asia, Latin America and and the Middle East. Native English speaker with professional fluency in both French and Arabic.
